Sign up, your workspace, the sample data and the getting-started list
Sign up and your workspace
Sign up with your email and a workspace is created for you, with you as its Owner. Connections, pipelines, reports and members all live inside a workspace and are never visible from another one.
Load the sample data
On the app’s Home page, press "Load sample data" (Owner or Admin). You get Sample shop, a SQLite file of your workspace’s own: change its data and structure freely. It does not count against your plan’s connection limit.
- branches: 5 branches (BKK1, BKK2, CNX1, KKC1, HKT1)
- products: 34 products with a sku such as BEV-001
- customers: 300 customers, codes C0001–C0300
- orders: 2,000 orders from January to September 2026 (1,913 PAID / 39 PENDING / 48 CANCELLED)
- order_items: 4,001 lines, and the view sales_by_month (revenue per month and branch)
When the server offers shared sample databases you also get Sample warehouse (PostgreSQL: stock per branch, suppliers, purchase orders, linked by sku) and Sample CRM (MySQL: loyalty members and campaigns, linked by customer code), both read-only. Remove the sample data and load it again whenever you like.

The Guide menu walks through each step on the sample data, with SQL examples already using your connection names.
